OK - I'm heading for vaca for 2 weeks - but I'll be checking online while I'm
gone. This will be the deal:

- The official CART summer party is on Saturday, August 4, noon until
whenever....
- Steaks, chicken, Cajun stuff and other main dishes all provided, BYOB.
- we ask all to RSVP, but it is not required.....
- for those planning on arriving between noon and 2 please bring an appetizer.
- for those planning to arrive after 2 pm - odd car numbers bring a side dish
(potato / mac salad, beans, green salad, vegtable dish, etc, etc), even car
numbers bring a desert.

That's it. other than that, bring the spouse / significant other / kids / uncle
- whatever - JUST COME. The 27' pool WILL be open, Horseshoe pits, JARTS,
croquet, bocce will be available for those with energy. Lawn tractor will be
running for anyone who just HAS to have a fossil fuel powered machine at hand
-some one bring cones ..... it's backyard tractor-cross time.....
