CART Membership Info and Application We welcome new members! Membership Requirements 1. You must be over 18 years old. 2. You will need a current Voting C.A.R.T. member to sponsor you. Don't have a sponsor? You can ask any regular club member to sponsor you. Club members are easy to find, they drive the cars with numbers less than 300. 3. The fee is $30.00 per year for an individual membership or $40.00 per year for a family membership. The membership runs from January to January each year. 4. Currently, members who attend at least 5 events, may choose to receive a handsome wooden plaque to mount the event dash plaques. 5. The requirement to become and maintain member in good standing status is attendance at a minimum of one membership meeting and attend at least 1 club event within each 6 month period.
